No mind is welded in. A harness dials in over a socket and starts taking turns. The OS owns which mind you are talking to — and nothing else about it.

Yantrik Mind ships with the OS. Hermes Agent attaches through a plugin. Both drive the same apps through the same graded control surface.
Switching is a setting

One ISO, x86-64, built on Debian trixie.
32de52ca20bd66ee3bf9244adbf481f5f3d60304ee90fa3dfe43b1e4fcdee565Boots to first-run setup from a USB stick or in a VM without touching your disk. A disk installer (yantrik-install) is included; on this build it has not been exercised yet, so try it on a machine you can afford to wipe.
The image ships the desktop and its 14 apps, not a mind. Point it at a model you run, or a provider you choose, in the first-run setup.
It has booted in a VM. It has not yet been booted on real hardware or through UEFI. The live user is yantrik / yantrik with passwordless sudo; SSH is off.
